Sisterly Love

I think the best part about having two girls is getting to watch them interact with each other. Now that Mackenzie is already 10 months old & walking she has alot more fun playing with Isabella. (Although, she wasn't walking yet in these pictures...these were at about 9 months) They have such a great time with each other. Watching them together is my absolute favorite thing to do, so I thought we would share some pictures of "sister time."

Galveston Vacation

The last weekend of May we took a little family vacation to the coast with the rest of the Guajardo gang. We spent a day at the Schlitterbahn water park, another hanging out at the beach & really just enjoying the time we all got to spend together. The kids all had a wonderful time. I think if it was up to them, they would all just turn into fish!

The weekend we were there happened to be the annual AIA Sandcastle Competition. Even though we weren't exactly on the same part of the beach as the competition, we had a little competition of our very own.

Just a little note to say that the Brewers have started a new blog. They have been through so much this summer with their new little miracle, Kayelyn Olivia. 4 years in Paradise!

It's hard to believe that 4 years have gone by since the best day of our lives. We celebrated our anniversary this year by taking a little trip to the Riverwalk in to San Antonio. I fell in love with our hotel & plan on designing our house with all the inspiration I was able to pick up while we were there. It was the perfect little getaway from our very fast paced life at home & we all had a great time!

Easter 2008

Easter came a bit early this year. It was the day after we had Isabella's birthday party & there was a complete change in the weather. It was very cloudy all day & really cold. We went to the park for a picnic & let the kids go hunting for eggs. But, most of the time we tried to stay bundled up & out of the wind. It was still a great day!

Isabella's Backyardigan Birthday Adventure

For Isabella's 2nd birthday party we had a Backyardigan Adventure of our very own in our backyard. The kids all had a great time jumping in the bouncies, playing with all the water toys & sliding down Isabella's new slides. We couldn't have asked for better weather. It was truly a beautiful day.

Spring Has Sprung....& long gone!

Well, I guess you could say spring was a very busy time for us. Obviously, because I never did get around to putting up any new posts. Hopefully we can try to find a little more free time this summer & get everyone up to date on the adventures of the Guajardo fam. We hope everyone is doing great and enjoying the heat of the summer.
